Janis Campbell
Founder • REALTOR® • Seniors Real Estate Specialist®
Janis Campbell is the founder of Campbell Real Estate Group and brings more than 20 years of real estate experience in Virginia and Florida. With deep knowledge of the Hampton Roads market, she is known for her strong communication, thoughtful negotiation, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to her clients.
Janis believes the buying and selling process should feel as straightforward and stress-free as possible. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), she has a particular passion for helping clients navigate downsizing, retirement, estate sales, inherited properties, and major life transitions.
Janis has called Norfolk home since 1997, where she raised her family and became deeply rooted in the Hampton Roads community. She is a proud mother of three adult children and grandmother to two granddaughters, and has been married to her husband, a retired pastor, for over 40 years. Outside of real estate, she enjoys walking, yoga, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
She and her husband also enjoy their lake house at Lake Gaston, where they spend time with family and friends and host guests through their vacation rental.

Claire Campbell Weston
Associate Broker • REALTOR® • Military Relocation Professional
Claire Campbell Weston is Janis’s daughter and business partner, bringing over a decade of residential real estate experience, a degree in Finance from James Madison University, and a background in commercial real estate.
Claire spent five years as a Supervising Broker, overseeing more than 150 agents and developing extensive expertise in contracts, compliance, transaction management, negotiation, and real estate law. She brings that experience to every transaction, with particular strengths in contract negotiation, and strategic marketing.
Claire is also an active real estate investor, owning and managing multiple rental properties throughout Hampton Roads. Her firsthand experience gives her a practical understanding of investment properties, rental properties, multifamily real estate, property management, and long-term investment strategy.
As a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Claire also specializes in helping military families with PCS moves, VA purchases, and relocations to and from Hampton Roads.
Claire lives in Larchmont (Norfolk) with her husband, young daughter, and Labradoodle, Louie – returning to the neighborhood where she grew up. Outside of real estate, she enjoys exploring Hampton Roads with her family, trying local restaurants, enjoying good wine with friends, reading, and taking advantage of the area’s parks, playgrounds, and family-friendly activities.
